PGN is a professional development organization that helps our highly academic members become well-rounded individuals, guided by our three pillars: professionalism, social, and philanthropy. At PGN, we pride ourselves on the proper development of young professionals entering the workforce after graduation. PGN fosters a safe and supportive environment to develop professionally and socially and become the best version of yourself. Utilizing PGN’s extensive and diverse network, we provide workshops, company speakers and visits, and mentorship opportunities for our members.
Here at PGN, we are a family that cares for one another and encourages each other to continuously improve. Our predecessors have established a legacy that we continue to uphold and perpetuate as a community. With our membership of 100+ active members, there is a place for each person to find their own sense of belonging within PGN.
As President of the PGN-Omicron Chapter, I am in a position to serve the organization to the highest standard and be a valuable resource to all. Please reach out with any questions, and we hope to see you start your journey to finding your home within PGN soon!

Hear From our Members
"This organization is nothing short of incredible. It has shown me what love is, friendship, professionalism, grit and hard work and its truly inspiring. You’re surrounded by likeminded, exceptional individuals, that uplift you everyday. With PGN, you will always find an open seat at the table and I can’t be more grateful for what this org has shown and taught me."

"PGN has played a pivotal role in shaping my college experience. Whether it’s the professional development PGN provided or the people it’s connected me with, PGN has allowed me to continually develop and grow into the person I am today. With MSU being so large, PGN welcomed me into their community and made me feel at home."

"I had a really hard time branching out in the beginning of college because MSU is so big, but PGN has helped me find a community that feels like family. It has benefited me both personally and professionally, and I’ve made so many amazing friends and met incredible mentors I know I can count on. Being part of PGN has truly shaped my college experience, and I’m grateful to be a part of it!"
